RIGHT PEOPLE this is from another site so lots of people ae doing it it is from the start of june to the end tell us if your signin up Here's what we do each week for the month of June:
-fast for 4 days (not necessarily consecutive days) -restrict for 3 days (under 500 cals) -work out for 5 days (minimum of 30 minutes per day)
Post your beginning stats and your progress here so we can help keep each other motivated! I also recommend starting your own journal (under the Journals of Process forum) to document the positive and not so positive things that happen each day.
