So yeah. What have you all found to be the best way to lose wieght? Things you do to substitute for eating? Anything you find helpful. Thanks

well, I've found to mix restricting and fasting in together, so your metabolism doesn't die, and it eats up everything in you. Usually restricting I average around 300-400 calories a day (2 or 3 times a week) 1 day of huge cals (500-700) and the rest fast. But break it up, so it confuses your body and burns fats. Also, eat good food for you, not junk. and excersize. When you do eat, make sure to burn it off doing something. It doesn't have to be heavy excersize, but go biking, or swimming, or kick a soccerball around. Just burn it off! Hope it helps! Much love, <3 Stay Strong! Caleigh
