Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anybody else feels like throwing their weight scale out the window? Friday I weighed myself after getting out of the shower and my scale said 103, then on Saturday I weighed in at 105.8. I had eaten only 130 calories, so how in the world could I have gained so much in such a short amount of time? I don't get it ---- what's going on? If anyone has some insight to why or how this is possible, please give me some feedback. Thankyou. Andrea

hey. it also depends on what time of day you weigh yourself. If you weigh yourself in the morning, it will be less, and at night (even if you eat NOTHING) it will be more, just from drinking fluids and such. try to always weigh yourself in the morning when your stomach is empty (after you use the restroom) and that is a ton more accurate! Hope it helps! Much love, <3 Stay Strong! Caleigh
