ok, so I was with ana for a long time until about 6 months ago. We "had a fight" but now I'm back and needed some advice/help so I decided to join a message board. The thing is, I love to drink. But I end up drinking so many calories it makes me sick to my stomach to think about it. I can keep my easting intake to under 400 a day, but my drinking shoots that number over 1,000. Does anyone have any advice about this? thank you so much!!!

Try drinking vodka, gin or wiskey with diet mixers.
Like vodka and diet coke.
As they contain the least amount of calories.
Stay well away from beer, larger and alco-pops as these all contain massive amounts of calories and fat.
