All:
Been dieting and not eating for soooo LONG to lose major amount of wt. that my metabolism is sooooooooo SLOW and has adjusted to nothing! I am stalled around 110 and can NOT lose anymore! Been here for 3 months!
Any ideas?

i know how you feel. i just started all of this but i do eat , just a little bit, like salads and stuff. i was 125 lbs. at 5'2 and now I'm 117.6lbs. i really need to get to 105 so i really need some help cause this is getting hard.

well gurls the best thing i can tell you is this.. Do a one day binge (i know sounds bad) your body needs a shock.. eat sumthing sweet, drink something real, then the next day work your behinds off!! Run, Run, Run and drink tons of water.. Best of luck this works for me!!

drink LOADS of green tea, its great for your metabolism. Eat heaps of negative cal foods, most vegies are. I saw ur highest weight and WOW! you have come a long way.... congrats!!!!

first off, congratulations on how much you have lost this far. its really amazing ;D. second, if i was at 110 and was actually able to maintain that weight i would be so incredibly happy. i have never seen you but i bet that you are gorgeous and don't have to lose a single pound and this is just your body's way of trying to tell you that. i mean you have done something that a lot of girls kill themselves trying to do cuz the hardest part is maintaining it. even if you do get to your goal you will still probably feel like you need to lose just five more pounds when you don't have to. every girl does because you will always be your toughest critic. but sometimes you need other peoples opinions. i know i cant be the only one telling you that you don't need to lose any weight. no matter how hard it is you have to believe what i say or at least take it into consideration and eventually you just have to stop. you have worked so hard and deserve to be happy and have fun with what you have accomplished. you deserve a vacation. the truth is that if your body wont let you lose any more weight then the only Way you can is if you start doing illegal drugs like cocaine. it may sound great at first but there can be the chance that you will get addicted. its not cheap and its so hard to hide. losing 10 pounds in 5 days isn't worth 10 years in jail. i don't think that your dumb enough to get into that like i am but i am just adding that on as a warning anyways. your probably tired of listening to me go on and on so i will stop but just know that you have to learn to appreciate yourself sooner or later. good luck.
