Alright so I'm almost 18. I live in Michigan.... I'm 5'4 and have a petite frame but I have a very muscular body. I was a gymnast until a recent injury and had surgery. I haven't been able to walk for 2 weeks and I still have 4 more to go. Not exercising has been taking its toll on me. Plus I cant walk so my family prepares my food for me and brings it to me. There is no way for me to just completely NOT eat, and I am unable to do any type of exercising.. (other than crunches) I feel like there is nothing i can do. Not being able to exercise is really making me depressed. AS soon as I can walk I feel like I'm going to go overboard and fast like i did back when i was a gymnast. I don't know what to do.... advice?

hey baby, my family have just started noticing how thin ive got and watching me eat meals. im finding it really difficult knowing all the weight im going to put on but im getting throught it by knowing that ana is a long term thing and if i have to have a meal here or there and eat lots to satisfy them it wont worry me because i know eventually i will have the oppourtunity to loose it all when their minds are at rest. just dont panick look fowards to the weightloss of the future and get better soon!
