Hey I am new here. My stats are... Ht:5'7 Cw:137lb Hw:175 lb Lw: 102 lb Gw: 115lb I try to be hard core. I run for 60 mins 6-7 days a week, I weight train for 60 mins 4 days a week and reallt try to keep my caloric load below 700. I want to be perfect like Kate Moss or Cintia Davies. I can go until around 3pm without eating anything. I try to not eat after 9 pm...blah blah blah. I restrist so much I barely feel like there are any safe foods left.
